Ok, I have uploaded the marketing materials I am using for the attorney lead gen campaign I am currently doing. These materials were adapted from a system that a friend of mine uses. It needed to be adapted as his system really wouldn’t work for Realtors but only investors. I am approaching them as a Realtor and as an Investor with this campaign.
The guy who sent me these materials for adaptation is a very successful investor in his own right. I modified them quite a bit and added a lot of my own stuff. I am using this in Hutchinson as well as in Branson. You will need to check your State laws pertaining to paying an attorney a referral fee. I am paying a referral fee in Hutchinson, but I am not allowed to pay a referral fee in Branson unless the attorney is actually licensed.
I have included all of the following:
1. A business card back
2. Two very well written direct response letters (I have received a total of 8 very good leads in 4 weeks)
3. A postcard for follow up. You will want to just add 1st Notice, 2nd Notice etc.
4. A Fax letter (Many attorneys only look at solicitation by fax, remember this
5. 3 Ads for newspapers (I have had little luck with these)
6. An ad for the Bar Association Magazine (I have received 1 lead from this, but I have a house just about under contract from it)
7. A well written free report to send them
8. A well written voicemail _script_ for them to request additional information
In the coming week I will be developing a lead capture page and e-mail follow up system for this campaign. Notice how I put all of the pieces together, did a little testing and decided to go ahead and automate it online. I have found that if I can get it to work traditionally using letters, postcards, phone calls, etc. I know it will work online. When I start with something strictly online, I never can tell for sure whether or not it is viable.
